Our manufacturing facility is 28,000 sq.ft. and contains automated equipment which are set-up to cost-effectively support a full range of production volumes and product technologies.

Our four ASM pick-and-place machines are capable of:

running 3 shifts for surge capacity
placing 133,000 electronics parts per hour or 2 million parts per day
placing 008004 microscopic surface-mount components (0.25 by 0.125mm)
producing small boards every 2 seconds!
